    Each masterclass costs £75 plus any relevant taxes.

  2. Who are the masterclasses suitable for?

    These masterclasses are designed for communication professionals, as well as individuals wishing to enhance their communication skills in the specific topics covered. There are no pre-requisites nor required pre-reading, making the masterclass accessible to participants at all levels.

  3. How long does the course take to complete?

    The course is self-paced, and can be completed in 1 day, a week or any time frame, depending on your schedule. The length of the video content is between 30 and 70 minutes and varies with each masterclass. You will need time between the video chapters or modules for additional reading, reflection and practical work.

  4. Is there a time limit for completing the course?

    No, there is no time limit as we believe this course is designed to enable you to learn at your own pace, then repeat any elements as needed.

  5. Is the course entirely online?

    Yes, all modules are only accessible online, via the links above.

  6. Are there any prerequisites?

    No prior experience is required; just  motivation and a willingness to develop through learning and reflection.

  7. Will I receive a certificate?

    Yes, on completion of each masterclass you can download a certificate of completion from our website.

  8. How do I access the course materials?

    Upon payment of the membership for that masterclass, you'll gain immediate access to the content.

  9. Can I interact with instructors or other learners?

    No, this is an online self learning masterclass designed to allow you to learn at your own pace. We have designed the content to feel interactive but it is also designed as a self learning masterclass.

  10. What if I have technical issues?

  11. Is there a refund policy?

    Refunds are available until commencement of the course. Once you have begun the course you are no longer eligible for a refund.

  12. Can I be invoiced for the course?

    Payment needs to be made via the online payment tool, to allow you membership of that particular masterclass, which gives you unlimited access. This payment needs to be completed prior to commencement of the course. For larger order quantities, it is possible to request a licence agreement where content can then be published within your organisations fire wall, and branded for your organisation, or a discount code can be offered for bulk purchases, which would need a specific agreement with your organisation.
