Our recruitment offering is overseen by Academy associate Rebecca Tarry, who has enjoyed a significant inhouse Internal Communications career at Barclays, BBC and Hill & Knowlton before moving into recruitment over 15 years ago.

Current vacancies:

Senior Strategist, Engagement Agency, up to £80k, location flexible, permanent full time

We’re working with a brilliant engagement agency to find them a senior strategist to cover new and existing clients after a period of strong growth. You’ll need to love solving complex change challenges, and have a passion for making a difference to brands and businesses through their people. Previous experience in a creative agency is essential and you’ll need to be confident, charismatic and a big-picture thinker. The role is full time but very flexible – you can work from anywhere as long as you’re happy to travel occasionally to clients, or for team meetings (normally London, Bristol or Manchester) when needed. You’ll get unlimited holiday and the opportunity to work across a range of well-established clients. You’ll be working alongside senior leaders on strategy, as well as delivery – it’s a great one for those that love to do it all, with the support of a fast-paced and ambitious team. Salary up to £80k.  

Digital Content Adviser, FTSE 250 Energy, 6 month contract (full time, 3 days per week in London), up to £360 per day

One of the most exciting and fast-growing independent global energy businesses is looking for some support with the revamp of their intranet. They want someone who has great SharePoint (Modern) experience, combined with a fantastic eye for content and storytelling. You'll be working on the technical side whilst also liaising with stakeholders to manage, draft and review content. You'll need to have experience of working with a listed business (not necessarily within the energy sector) and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment. 

 The role is full time and you'll need to be in the London office for at least 3 days per week. You must be available immediately (by the start of October) and be able to commit to the full 6 months. 

We have a number of other Internal Communications and Digital vacancies we are currently supporting clients with, ranging in salary from £60,000 to £90,000. We are particularly interested in speaking to candidates with Strategic HR business partnering experience.
