A brilliant engagement agency is looking for a principal strategist to join them in a permanent role.
You’ll be a natural leader, love solving complex change challenges, and have a passion for making a difference to brands and businesses through their people.
Previous experience in a creative agency is essential and you’ll need to be confident, charismatic and a big-picture thinker. You'll be leading on the most senior clients for the agency, working as a trusted partner and shaping large transformation projects.
The role is full time but very flexible – you can work from anywhere as long as you’re happy to travel occasionally to clients, or for team meetings (normally London, Bristol or Manchester) when needed. You’ll get unlimited holiday and the opportunity to work across a range of well-established clients.

Senior Internal Communications Business Partner, FTSE 250 Energy, full time, hybrid working (min. three days per week in London), up to £80k
This is a global role within a business that's growing rapidly and has exciting ambitions for the next few years.
Supporting the HR function, this is a new post seeking someone who has good strategic IC experience in an in-house FTSE 250 role (not necessarily the energy sector), preferably supporting HR projects.
The role is full time and permanent - you'll need to be in the London office for a minimum of three days per week. You'll be working very closely with senior stakeholders supporting the strategy, but also the delivery. Salary is up to £80k and there is an excellent benefits package.
Lead Internal Communications Content Advisor, FTSE 250 Energy, permanent, full time, hybrid working (min. three days per week in London), up to £90k
A fast-growing FTSE 250 energy business is looking for an exceptional content creation lead to head up their internal communications content team.
You'll need to have a very solid background of creating content for internal audiences, and experience of a listed business is essential. You'll have worked across an operational audience, and be confident drafting and editing financial communications.
Managing a team of two, you'll be responsible for gathering stories and creating content across this global business of around 4,000 employees.
With agency support at times, this is a hands-on role involving advising, editing and writing. You'll need an excellent corporate head, and experience of crisis communications in a safety-critical environment would be beneficial. Working collaboratively with business areas across the globe, you will have a newsroom mentality, a can-do attitude, and some people management experience.
This is a full time role, based in London (minimum of three days per week in the office). Salary up to £90k plus excellent benefits.
Senior Content Advisor (Internal), FTSE 250 Energy, permanent, full time, hybrid working (min. three days per week in London), up to £400 per day
We’re looking for an excellent senior content advisor to join a FTSE 250 energy business for four months from the end of January.
You'll be drafting content for a range of channels including the intranet, company-wide comms messages from senior leaders, Viva Engage posts, Q&A materials for employees, and presentations for town halls and other events. You'll also provide content support on projects and campaigns, distilling complex information into clear messages.
This role would suit anyone who has a very strong background of writing internal comms content in a global corporate business. Ideally you'll have a comms or journalism degree. You'll also need to have experience of writing financial content and have worked in a listed business. If you've worked in an operational or safety critical environment that would be an advantage. You'll need to have a very keen eye for detail, and be confident across all digital channels.
